Situated on a steep site in Las Catalinas’ Beach Town, it rises as a gleaming white volume under the Costa Rican sun. Protective balconies and roofed terraces frame views from every level to the Pacific.
The building’s vertical presence and restrained white facade give it a quiet monumentality — a landmark within the community without demanding attention.
