A vision for the heart of Santa María. The Santa María Leisure District Master Plan charts the future for the centre of one of Panama’s premier luxury communities, a residential development built around a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and a five-star hotel.
Castillo Arquitectos designed and consolidated the district’s commercial and entertainment core: a 120,000-square-metre integrated mixed-use project that harmoniously brings together the Country Club, the Hotel, the Golf Course, the complete Village Center, and new parcels for Branded Residences, with a phased structure and a long-term growth vision for the country club — the natural gathering point for residents and guests alike.
